We’re all most likely still digesting our Thanksgiving dinners so it may be a tad early to start thinking about preparing the menu for our 4th of July celebrations. But it’s never premature to get expert grilling advice from one of the best in the world, Steve Raichlen.
Grilling is unlike any other style of cooking. It’s really a social event as much as it is a means to preparing great food. “People do not,” according to Raichlen, “gather around the stove to watch a pot of soup simmer or an oven to watch a cake bake, but when you grill, instantly you have a crowd.” Just think of it as a tastier version of social networking.
