Visit some of the top barbecue joints in the country, and chances are their pits will be older than you are. But there are also some famous barbecue destinations that have embraced technology in search of the tastiest product possible.
On day two of their trip to visit the cities that put barbecue on the map, Michael and Bryan Voltaggio head to Kansas City to try some of the best the city has to offer.
