Tosh Brown is a native Texan who splits his time between sporting photography, writing, and small press publishing. Not surprisingly, his recipe book Grazing Across Texas draws from the hunting, fishing, and dining cultures of the state. For two years, Brown traveled Texas conducting interviews, collecting recipes, and photographing an eclectic selection of ranches, lodges, private sporting clubs, restaurants, and freelance hunting and fishing guides. The result is a book that Gray’s Sporting Journal called an “appetite-whetting, hunting, fishing, and eating book full of Texas vigor and vitality.”
